1. Does Kefi have free sample?

Yes! We do give out free sample. You just need to register your email address in our website and pay for shipping fee only.

 

2.  Can I place a one-time order?

Yes, one-time order is welcome too. You may also want to check out our promos to save more.

 

3. Where can I buy kefi products?

You can purchase kefi products from website, shopee, lazada, atome & shop.com.

 

4.  Do kefi sanitary pads have an expiry date?

Our sanitary pads do not have an expiry date however we do have the manufactured date printed on the bottom of the box for your reference.

 

5. Are kefi sanitary pads biodegradable?

Yes, our sanitary pads include biodegradable layers from individual envelopes, wrapper, release paper, airlaid paper to organic cotton surface. Although certain layers like SAP & backsheet film are not biodegradable, we will try to include as high percentage of biodegradable layers as possible without compromising on its quality.

 

6. How to use the kefi individual envelopes?

As simple as the instruction on the envelope!

1. How do I qualify for free shipping?

YES! When you purchase our bundle collection! (Malaysia only)

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Our business extends within Malaysia only for the time being. We do hope that our business will grow internationally in the future! Please subscribe KEFI’s newsletter to get the latest news!

 

3. How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping cost is RM8 for West Malaysia and RM14 For East Malaysia (SABAH & SARAWAK)

 

4. How long does shipping take?

Your orders and delivery are our upmost priority. All orders will be ship out on the next business day. Subject to delivery area, shipment will normally take about 2-4 days depending on courier service. In the event of late delivery, please do contact us as we want the best delivery experience for you.

 

   5. How can I track my order?

We will email the tracking number to you after order confirmation and you can check the parcel status online. If you have not received any email, please kindly check your junk mail. If no email received, please kindly contact our customer service [email protected].

 

6. How do I update my shipping address?

Its simple and easy! Just simply change or add your new address during check out process

 

7. Can I return my order for refund?

We deeply regret that due to hygienic and health safety concern, we do not provide refund or return options. This is to ensure all our products are not being reused or resell to the general public.

 

8. My order arrives damage/wrong, what should I do?

We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Kindly contact our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours upon parcel arrival. Please provide supporting evidence such as unboxing videos and pictures of the damage/wrong items. We will contact you within 2-5 business days for further instructions. We will only provide exchange of products in the event of compensation.

 

9. Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will process your order the soonest thus we do not accept any form of cancellations.
