KEFI develops and produces keto coffee under your brand in Malaysia: coffee with no added sugar, made with MCT powder or oil and keto-friendly creamers and sweeteners, packed in stick packs or cans. We balance the taste, word the label within Malaysian rules and produce at our certified partner factories.
People on a ketogenic or low-carb diet avoid sugar and most carbohydrates, so a keto coffee is built without added sugar and usually includes a source of fat that fits the diet, most often MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) from coconut or palm kernel oil. Many keto drinkers use it as a filling morning coffee instead of breakfast.
For a brand, that means three decisions: what replaces the sugar, what provides the fat and creaminess, and whether the product is black or creamy. Our guide to MCT oil coffee explains the basics for your customers.
For instant keto coffee in stick packs or cans, MCT powder is the practical choice. It mixes into hot water easily, stays stable on the shelf and gives a creamy texture. MCT oil suits brands selling separately to cafes or customers who blend their own coffee, but it does not belong in a dry premix.
Some brands add coconut milk powder or a non-dairy creamer for a richer cup. Every fat source and creamer is checked for its carbohydrate content and, where needed, its Halal source.
Many keto customers drink their coffee unsweetened, so a plain black keto coffee is a good first product. For a sweeter version, stevia, monk fruit or erythritol are common choices. Each has its own aftertaste, so we test them in your coffee base rather than assume one will work. "No added sugar" on the label must match the actual formula and meet the criteria for that claim.
Without sugar to round it off, the coffee itself has to carry the flavour. We often use a smoother blend with some Arabica, adjust the roast so the cup is not harsh, and balance the creaminess so it feels satisfying without tasting oily. Samples go through several rounds until the cup is something people would choose even if they were not on a diet.
Describe the product honestly: no added sugar, the MCT content per serving and the ingredients. Claims such as "burns fat" or "helps you lose weight" are restricted on food in Malaysia and should not be used. We review the label wording with you before printing; check the latest Ministry of Health requirements for your product.
